Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

After payment verification, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

2. Carriers and Shipping Methods

Depending on the delivery location and availability, we utilise reputable courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS to dispatch orders.

The typical delivery duration is between:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) within the continental United States.
• Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and typically takes 1–3 business days.

3. Insurance for Shipping

PC Packard currently only provides shipping services within the United States.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

4. Order Tracking

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. The cargo can be monitored directly on the carrier's website.

5. Delays

Despite our commitment to delivering within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather delays, carrier disruptions, or supply shortages. PC Packard is not accountable for delays that are beyond our control.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

PC Packard is not responsible for shipments that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and are subsequently lost or stolen. In such instances, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim.

7. Costs of Shipping

At the time of checkout, the cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. We occasionally provide free shipping promotions, which will be plainly marked on the product or checkout page.

8. Damaged Shipments

Please refuse delivery or take clear photos before opening a parcel that is visibly damaged. For assistance, please reach out to us at support@pcpackard.us within 48 hours.
